Order Cancellation Policy –To cancel an order you have placed with Company, you must contact customer support by email (sales@imfgsol.com) or by phone (1-904-647-5300). Every effort will be made to accommodate the cancellation of your order as long as it has not yet shipped. If work has begun and materials are ordered, those costs will be the responsibility of the customer. When contacting customer support to cancel an order, please be ready to provide your name, company name, the order number, and your contact information. Please note that if the item has shipped, the order cannot be canceled.
Out of Stock Policy – Our inventory can fluctuate throughout the day, so an item that is “in-stock” when you place your order may, in fact, be out-of-stock. In this event, we make every effort to contact you by email immediately to notify you that your order will be placed on backorder. The email will also provide you with information on how to cancel the order if you would prefer not to wait for the item to be in stock again. Certain items are not kept in inventory, but can be special ordered. Since we are a contract manufacturer, price and lead time will be communicated through our formal quotation.
Shipping Policy for “In-stock” Items –All in-stock items are shipped on the next business day if the order is placed after 1:00 PM Eastern Time. We will provide the UPS or FedEx tracking number for your item at your request.
No Refunds – There will be no refunds for any reason unless there is a defect or other quality related problem that we determine is our responsibility.
Return Policy –Every product you buy from IMS comes with a 30 day limited warranty. The warranty applies to products that have been confirmed as defective by our Company, which may be repaired or replaced (at our sole discretion). For assistance or to exchange a defective product, please call customer support at 1-904-647-5300.
